Tune-Up Service
  • Identify and resolve issues related to poor performance with the PC. This includes disk de-fragmentation, clean up of startup files, clean cache etc.

Patch Management Service
  • Identify any patch anomalies with the PC operating system, Office productivity tools etc. and ensure that the all patch levels are current with the PC.

Remote Installation Service
  • Remote installation, upgrade, configuration and migration of any PC software. This service is available on all Microsoft platforms.

Data Recovery Service
  • Enable recovery of any corrupted data on end-user’s hard disk. The service is available as a remote service and in some instances may require physical shipping of disk to clean room for recovery.
