| Tops all-India BPO-ITeS industry Employee Satisfaction Survey for 2006

This is e4e's third consecutive listing in the DQ-IDC INDIA BPO Employee Satisfaction Survey (DQ-IDC INDIA BPO ESAT SURVEY). After consistently being ranked No. 2 for the past two years, e4e emerged as the No. 1 company this year. |
The DQ-IDC INDIA BPO ESAT SURVEY 2006, administered among the top BPO/ITES companies across the country, revealed that the employee satisfaction scores for e4e were substantially higher than the other companies on a majority of the parameters measured. The survey rated companies on parameters that included company image, culture, job content and growth, training, salary and compensation, and appraisal system amongst others.

An employee-centric growth strategy coupled with several new HR initiatives fuelled e4e's move to the coveted position of being the 'most preferred employer'. Focused approaches were adopted by e4e to make employees a part of the real-time global decision-making process. Communication between employees were encouraged through regular open-house meetings (an address by the Vice-President every quarter), HR Powwows (interactive forum with HR for employees to voice their brickbats and bouquets) and an Open Door policy where the Senior Management is accessible to all.

Initiatives such as the Mentorship programmes, Stalwart awards, Knowledge Sharing Sessions, Family Day and Newly-Weds' Welcome Party were introduced to ensure that both professional and personal interests of the employees were seriously taken into account.
