Sivakumar Thiyagarajan takes over as President for Technical Support Services at e4e Inc.

Sivakumar Thiyagarajan (Siv) was appointed President, Technical Support Services of e4e in December 2006. Siv will be in charge of e4e's global Technical Support Services. Prior to assuming his current position, he held the post of Vice President, Technical Support Services.

Based in Santa Clara, U.S.A., Sivakumar Thiyagarajan (Siv) has spent his last 23 years in IT services and support industry in various capacities. He has been a key member in building the tech support business for e4e over the last 4 years. Prior to e4e, he was the head of professional services at Jamcracker, where his team was responsible for the implementation of company's enterprise solutions. In late 2002 he helped launch the tech support business for Jamcracker which was later acquired by e4e.

Siv joined Jamcracker from Microland where, as the VP of Professional Services he co-created the services business for the company. He was responsible for both operations and sales. Prior to that he was at Wipro and held various operational and business development positions in their services and support business. He managed the support channel with over 80 partners. His team was responsible for creating a portfolio of support services and revenue generation. He helped launch the Global Support operations for Wipro. Siv holds Bachelor degrees in Physics and Engineering.
