At e4e, the MIS team does not merely capture data, the team analyzes the data and provides valuable information to operations which helps them manage performance better. The important function of this team is to provide end-to-end support to operations in terms of Rostering, Scheduling, Transport & Attendance Management. They are also responsible for the Command centre and Real-time management on the operations floor.  Simultaneously, the MIS team works on process improvement initiatives to reduce TAT, increasing efficiency and utilization.
