Bhaskar Menon is e4e’s CEO & President, based in e4e’s Headquarters in Santa Clara, CA. Bhaskar is a seasoned senior executive with over two decades of experience with global multi-nationals, including MphasiS Corp., Citibank and Merrill Lynch. He has worked in Asia, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and the United States in information technology & business process outsourcing, internet technologies & electronic distribution platforms, international private banking, and asset management & capital markets.

Bhaskar was the co-founding team member and investor of MphasiS Corp., where he has played key executive roles including that of COO, Global Head of Sales & Marketing and ultimately as President of BPO until 2006. MphasiS was the seventh largest publicly-listed Indian IT & BPO company prior to its acquisition by EDS in 2006 for a market capitalization of $750 million.

Stephen Moseley is the Executive Vice President of Finance and responsible for all financial functions of the Company including financial reporting and accounting, audit and taxation, treasury management and business finance. Additionally, Stephen is the Director of the European operations and has been part of the e4e family of companies.

Stephen was one of the first members of e4e IE services (acquired by e4e Inc.,). Overseeing both Operational and Financial functions, Stephen was instrumental in transforming e4e IE services from a 17 person testing house to a multifaceted global operation. Prior to e4e IE services, he held positions in project management and sales in the Entertainment Software and Telecommunications industries.

Stephen holds both undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Maryland.

Deborah Kirkham is President of e4e's Interactive Entertainment Business. Deborah has the responsibility of leading and managing this important growth area for the company, assuring our clients a superior standard of quality and delivering high customer satisfaction. In this end-to-end global role she owns all aspects of the business – from strategy & business model, to sales & marketing and operations & delivery.

Prior to joining e4e, Deborah was the Head of Operations for Namco Bandai Games America Inc. She has held leadership positions in Sales, Operation, Quality Assurance and Customer Support in both the Software and the Interactive Entertainment space. She has previously held senior management positions with global leaders such as Sega America Inc., Lucas Arts and Check Point Software Technologies. A versatile technology executive with over 15 years of experience leading, mentoring and developing world-class teams, Deborah has partnered with Outsourcing providers all over the globe.

Deborah has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, San Diego, where she graduated magna cum laude.

Awanti heads the pre-sales, sales support and transitions team at e4e. She is in charge of the entire gamut of sales support activities including lead generation, responding to RFPs/ RFIs / VRFs and managing client and prospective client visits.

Awanti’s corporate career spanning over more than a decade has seen her don several hats. In her most recent role as Associate Transitions leader at EDS-MphasiS (An HP Company), Awanti managed Process Migration (Transitions) of several blue chip companies to offshore centers across India and Mexico for their largest vertical - BFS. She was part of the team that set up the Sales Support Group for the BPO division. She has also served as the Executive Assistant to the Office of the President as well as CEO & Chairman of the company.

A Humanities student by qualification, Awanti spent the early years of her career as an event designer, copywriter and PR Manager at one of India's leading corporate event management firms. As the Strategic Account Manager at Phase1 Events & Entertainment, she went onto handle the firm’s key client relationships.

 

Mohan Krishna is President of e4e’s Healthcare Services Division. In this capacity, he has P&L responsibility for the division and runs all business operations including, sales and service delivery. Over the last decade, Mohan was the CEO of a healthcare BPO company until it was acquired by e4e. Mohan has over 20 years of experience in the technology and healthcare industry.

Prior to his foray into the healthcare outsourcing business, Mohan was the Regional Manager for NIIT, a leading Global Talent Development Corporation. He was responsible for the success of three business entities - Consulting and software development, Products and Training for the company. During this period he worked with manufacturing and marketing organizations consulting them on Production and Vendor management, formulating and implementing IT strategies, and setting up corporate learning centres in India.

Earlier in his career, Mohan was also the Asst. Director of the National Productivity Council, Govt. of India executing projects across the country.

An engineer from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, Mohan is the President of the South India Rugby Football Association and the founder of the Chennai Cheetahs Rugby Union Football Club, the No 1 ranked club in India. He has taken upon himself the onerous task of promoting the game of Rugby in India.

Gaurav heads the Business Excellence function at e4e. He has over 18 years of work experience, of which he has spent 9 years in the BPO industry and several years in the Banking sector.

Prior to joining e4e, Gaurav was the Practice Leader (BFS Vertical) at EDS-MphasiS (now a HP Company) where he was responsible for leading revenue opportunities, solutions, domain capabilities and transition for the BFS vertical. Prior to this, as Site Head for Bangalore and Mangalore, he was responsible for service delivery on several large international BFS client relationships.

During his long stint in the BPO industry, Gaurav has also been the Head of Quality Assurance & ISO. With a strong improvement and process mindset and a Six Sigma "Black Belt" certification, he was instrumental in developing and standardizing quality evaluation forms and reducing variation in call quality scores through structured gage R&R. He has carried out extensive research on the impact of internal QA on end customer experience and also authored a white paper on IVR based C-Sat.

Prior to EDS-MphasiS, Gaurav has worked with GE Capital International Services and HSBC in various managerial roles. He has won several leadership and management excellence awards over the years. Gaurav is an Economics graduate from St Stephen's College, Delhi University and has an MBA from McGill University, Montreal, Canada.

 

Archana Jaganathan heads the India business for e4e. In this capacity, she has P&L responsibility and runs sales and service delivery for this region.

Archana has 18 years experience, most of it in the Banking & Financial services industry. In her most recent assignment, she was handling key accounts at ICICI Bank. In her seven year stint with the bank, she was a part of the team that launched the Retail Asset group which grew to be the largest lender in India within a year. Later she worked across functions handling regional and national assignments in Credit, Product, Sales, Channel management and Key account management. Before joining ICICI Bank, Archana was with GE Countrywide, the pioneers in consumer finance in India. Starting as part of the launch team, she handled credit and operations for South India and was instrumental in the success of several financial products run by GE-Countrywide in the market. Prior to GE, she worked with Citihome - Shelters and started her career as a Management Trainee with the Taj group of hotels.

Archana is an IHM graduate and a post graduate in Financial Management.

Tracey Zerhusen is responsible for Human Resource policy, procedure and implementation for e4e in the US & UK. This includes alignment with operational strategy, recruiting, employee relations and benefits. In her role she partners with internal client groups and their management teams regarding personnel issues, process improvements and program design to improve productivity, enhance customer service and manage cost. Tracey also serves as a resource for employees and manages employee reward, recognition and referral programs.

Tracey has spent the last 11 years as an HR professional in a variety of industries. Prior to joining e4e, she provided HR expertise in the professional staffing, software development, wireless communication and higher education sectors. She previously served as an instructor at the graduate school at Towson University in the Human Resources program.

Tracey holds a Masters degree in Human Resource Development, a Bachelors degree in Communication Studies and is certified by the Human Resources Certification Institution as a Senior Professional in HR (SPHR) and a Global Professional in HR (GPHR).

 

Jon Cordova, as Head of Global Sales for the Managed Services, provides leadership to the sales function and is responsible for driving the Company's sales operations.

Prior to joining e4e, Jon was a Senior Sales Director with Convergys. He brings over 25 years of industry experience and has provided Sales and Management expertise in a number of leading organizations in the Technology and Business Services industries including AT&T, Lucent Technologies, Avaya Communication and Autonomy (formerly etalk Corporation). During the course of his career, Jon has successfully managed the sales function, directed sales strategies and created sustainable revenue streams and market share for businesses. He is also a seasoned quality professional and was awarded the prestigious Bell Labs President’s Quality award during his days at AT &T.

Jon earned his Bachelor of Science in Business & Economics from UCLA, CA and has completed advanced studies at the University of Michigan. He is based in Santa Clara, CA.

Niren Saha heads the Human Resources function at e4e India. In this role he has end-to-end responsibilities for managing the entire people lifecycle at e4e including talent acquisition, talent management and talent engagement. In his role, he partners with internal customers to map HR with the operational strategy of each line of business and the goals of the organization. He is also responsible for process and program design to improve productivity, enhance employee touch and manage cost, within India HR.

Niren comes with over a decade’s experience spanning HR, Operations and Quality. Prior to joining e4e, Niren was heading the HR Operations Center of Excellence at Mphasis, a HP Company. He is also a certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt. He has also worked for some of the leading organizations such as GE Capital and GEC Alsthom earlier in his career. Niren has won numerous awards during his professional career including the ‘Best employee award for delivering the QS 9000 certification’ for an Indian Oil major lubricant plant to being nominated for the ‘Best entrepreneur award in 2009’.

Niren holds a degree in Electrical engineering from IIT Roorkee and an MBA from NMIMS, Mumbai.

 

Raj Subramanian is e4e’s Chief Information Officer. As CIO, he is responsible for helping drive the company’s technological innovations and strategy, and works closely with the senior management team to align these efforts with the corporate goals. With over twenty five years of experience in the Telecom, IT Management Services and Provider industry, Raj brings an unprecedented knowledge and insight of Technology and Infrastructure to e4e.

Raj has held senior management positions with various technology companies. Prior to joining e4e, Raj worked for Fidelity Investment company (KVH Co Ltd) in Japan, where he helped expand the company’s market in the Asia-Pacific region and set up the Global NOC project. At Exodus Communications, he was a key member of the R&D group and successfully managed the state of the art Datacenter. While at AT&T, he helped build their first Global Managed Network Services NOC in Bangalore. In his earliest days at Wipro, Raj held various positions deploying communications, the internet, and large enterprise networks. It is here that he began developing his now extensive and savvy System Integration and Services model.

Raj holds a Bachelor degree in Physics and Engineering.

Venu Nambiar heads Marketing and Corporate Communications at e4e, and is responsible for leading media relations, industry analysts relations, employee and executive communications. Since joining e4e in July 2006, he manages a centralized marketing department consolidating communication functions across the company.

Prior to joining e4e, Venu was Head of Marketing & Communications for Xserve India, a leading OEM and IT hardware organization. Before moving to the IT industry, he has spent several years in the advertising industry managing brands such as HLL, Titan, Britannia and Arvind mills to name a few.

Venu holds a degree in Industrial engineering and an executive MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore.
