Transaction Delivery Centers
The Transaction Delivery Center has 24x7 on-site and off-site monitoring and built in redundancy at multiple layers. Last year our Production Infrastructure availability was consistently over 99.9% and delivered 50% redundancy on the IPLCs.
Software Delivery Centers
Over 80,000 sq. ft housing software engineers working as an extended arm to our client’s product engineering team. The Software Delivery Centers houses 3 data centers, a 24x7-NOC that provides monitoring facility for all the core services and a multi-layer security management framework to protect its assets, and those of its clients.
Tech Support Delivery Centers
Over 60,000 sq. ft. housing engineers and agents across locations in Bangalore (India), Glasgow (Scotland), Maryland (USA) and Phoenix (USA). Facilities include 3 data centers and a Security Operations Center in Bangalore (India).
Development Lab
Our Development Lab in Bangalore is tasked with the goal of investigating new proven technologies, assessing their value to our portfolio of service offerings to develop and offer new types of services by marrying these proven technologies with our existing skills and capabilities. The lab actively works with our existing customer base as well as with new customers to identify, define and develop new business models that can offer value based services to our customers' customers. With constant changes in the enterprise landscape caused by technology, pricing and channel shifts, it becomes necessary from time to time to evaluate the competitive landscape and to determine what new business models can deliver the goods for our customers in rapidly evolving business environments. The lab works closely with the various business units in the e4e Group to enable rapid commercialization of new business models and service offerings.
Global Multilingual Delivery
We deliver business services to our client’s global customer base. This requires multiple language support and handling. Our services are provided in 10 European languages so that you can receive integrated support for your European and North American customer base.
