tasked with the goal of investigating new proven technologies,
assessing their value to our portfolio of service offerings
to develop and offer new types of services by marrying these
proven technologies with our existing skills and capabilities.
The lab actively works with our existing customer base as well
as with new customers to identify, define and develop new business
models that can offer value based services to our customers'
customers. With constant changes in the enterprise landscape
caused by technology, pricing and channel shifts, it becomes
necessary from time to time to evaluate the competitive landscape
and to determine what new business models can deliver the goods
for our customers in rapidly evolving business environments.
The lab works closely with the various business units in the
e4e Group to enable rapid commercialization of new business
models and service offerings. |
