2007 started off with a blast as e4e participated in the 'Radio Mirchi ITES Week'. A concept produced by the radio channel, the ITES week provided a platform for several ITES/BPO companies to be heard on radio. e4e was one of the day sponsors for this week long event.

The build up to the event started a week with e-mail blasts to all employees across all units. Banners and posters with e4e & Radio Mirchi branding were put up at various locations in the office premises inviting participants. Many auditions and rehearsals followed.

January 19th was e4e's day on the radio channel, and it started off with an interview with Mr. Vaibhav Tewari, President, India Operations. Interviewed by RJ Raj, Vaibhav was able to give a vivid picture of e4e as an organisation, about our people and business goals.

The second half of the day was dedicated to some fun and games. The Radio Mirchi team landed up at Unit 2 where a large group of e4e'ians were eagerly waiting for the talent show. After a round of prelims RJ Raj and RJ Rajshree selected the talented contestants.

The e4e'ians who went on air were Amrutha Varshini ( Domestic Manipal ) who rendered a carnatic touch to a raunchy bollywood number in her sweet voice, Sunil Dutt ( CHE ) was at his usual best singing an old time Hindi favourite. Amal Nazar (SME ), Vishwanath ( Symantec Tech Support), Sandeep (Symantec training ) and John (Training) 's group were the other singers. Zakhir (TS ), Arun Raman (TRG ) and Shrinidhi Ananth ( SDRS) enthralled the audience with their mimic skills.

Rebecca's ( TRG) rendition of the nursery rhyme 'Jack & Jill' was in true heavy metal style and our very own rockers of e4e - Calvin, Jaison, John, Dhaneshwari Devi and Victor (all from Training) belted out some really cool rock numbers.

Between all these performances were loads of games and contests and winners took away plenty of goodies from Radio Mirchi. A good two hours of fun and excitement at Unit 2 had to come to an end as the Radio Mirchi team left for the next hot destination on Hosur road - e4e Towers!

e4e Towers (or Unit 3 as we call it) was all ready to welcome the Radio Mirchi team. There was no dearth of talent, as more and more e4e'ians wanted to show off their creativity.

Amal and Sandeep sang their own Hinglish composition (which can very well be the anthem for e4e) and Prashanth (Symantec Tech Support ) had a song to sing as well.

Salsa guru Lourde Vijay graced the evening and taught a few steps of the Salsa to some of the dance enthusiasts. Ernest and Rajeshwari (Training) topped the charts in the salsa round.
The talented Sunil Dutt (CHE) had another go at the mike by mimicking the sound of a steam locomotive picking up speed, chugging along the tracks, sales men and passengers in a railway station etc – which was also aired on the show.

Finally, Radio Mirchi announced the 'e4e-Radio Mirchi Baadshah's of the day - Prashanth (Baadshah of Unit II) and Mr. Sunil Dutt ( Baadshah of Unit III).

Congratulations to all the winners and the particpants!
The party continued for some more time with more head banging rock music, samosas and pastries.
