Managing Director

A Business Leader with 20+ years of international experience in General Management, Strategy, Operations, Sales & Marketing, Quality, Project Management and Relationship Management; Divas is Managing Director of nThrive Global.

Divas is a Commerce Graduate from the Delhi University and has done MBA in Marketing Management from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies. He has also done Sloan Masters in Leadership & Strategy from London Business School. Prior to joining nThrive, he has worked with organizations like R1 RCM, HCL BPO, iQor and Genpact.

Ritu MahajanRitu Mahajan
Senior Vice President – Human Resources and Learning & Development

An HR professional with 20+ years of rich experience in services & manufacturing sector, Ritu has been a Global leader who in both MNC & Entrepreneurial organizations has worn multiple hats & worked effectively in fast growing environments & organizations going through transformation. She takes great pride in having worked with young teams & building them into high performers.

Her experience & expertise is in areas of HR Strategy, Analytics, Compensation, Rewards Management, Organization Design & Development, Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, Retention and Management along with Cultural and Change Management. Prior to joining nThrive, Ritu was working with R1 RCM as Head HR India; where she worked with the India leadership team to develop/deploy the People strategy & set up & institutionalize HR processes. She was also associated with other esteemed organizations like Genpact, GE Capital and Whirlpool.

Sanjay SoniSanjay Soni
Vice President – Operations & Delivery Strategy

Sanjay has over 21 years of experience in the areas of Healthcare, Content Solutions, Telecom, Customer Care, Collections and IT Services. His expertise lies in areas of Operations, Quality and Transitions.

Sanjay has successfully worked with start ups and managed diverse BPO Operations. Prior to joining nThrive, he was working with R1 RCM. He has also worked with other esteemed organizations like GE Capital, Genpact, iQor and Airtel.

He holds an MBA degree from Clarion University of Pennsylvania and has done Bachelors in Commerce (Honors) from the University of Delhi.

Awanti AgarwalaAwanti Agarwala
Vice President - BI, Program Office and Compliance & Business Audit

Awanti heads the Resource & Capacity Management and Compliance & Business Audit along with the Program Office. Over the last many years in the organization, she has led various functions like Sales Support & Transitions, Business Excellence and Global Human Resources. Her corporate career spans over a decade in the Business Process Management industry. Awanti was previously at EDS-MphasiS (a HP Company) where in her last role as Transition Leader she managed large and complex process migrations of several blue chip companies to offshore centers in India and Mexico in the Banking & Financial Services vertical. She was also a part of the team that set up the Sales Support Group for MphasiS's BPM division. A humanities undergrad, Awanti spent the early years of her career as an event designer, copywriter, and PR Manager at one of India's leading corporate event management firms. As the Strategic Account Manager at Phase1 Events and Entertainment, she went on to handle the firm's key client relationships.

Thomas GeorgeThomas George
Vice President - Sales & Client Relations

Thomas George heads the Sales and Client Relations function for nThrive Global and is based out of Towson, Maryland. In this capacity, he is responsible for the all Client Relationships and revenue generation activities. Thomas played various roles in Operations, Transitions and Pre-Sales functions at e4e, before moving to the US in Sales and as a Client Partner for some of e4e's largest clients. In 2012, he was awarded 'Above & Beyond', the highest recognition at e4e, for his outstanding contribution in Sales and Client Management.

An MBA in Finance and Marketing from ICFAI Business School, Thomas has extensive knowledge of the Cross-border Healthcare Off shoring Industry giving him an excellent understanding of the specific requirements of clients. He has helped them recognize significant savings through Onshore and Offshore Outsourcing.  Thomas is an avid golfer and loves to spend his free time teeing off.

Viswanathan BalasubramanianViswanathan Balasubramanian
Vice President - Total Quality

Viswanathan Balasubramanian is Head of Total Quality at nThrive Global. In this role he is responsible for all aspects of business that ensure Consistent, Compliant and Superior Service Delivery to our Clients and managing the Internal Processes & Best Practices that drive this objective.

Visu has over 29 years of experience and a successful track record in a variety of business management functions, including Quality & 6-Sigma, Business Transformation & Re-engineering, Strategic Planning, Budgeting, Business Development, Sales and P & L Management. Visu holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from IIMA and is also a Certified Black Belt.

He is a voracious reader and holds the distinction of being recognized, rewarded and featured in the websites of global organizations like the American Society For Quality (ASQ), Asian Network for Quality (ANQ), Quality Council of India (QCI) and NASSCOM, invited as Speaker in national and international forums and has authored two opening chapters in Quality Best Practices book by QCI.

Sunil BatraSunil Batra
Vice President - Finance

Sunil is a Chartered Accountant from a big 4 accounting firm with more than 20 years of post-qualification experience. Apart from handling finance functional roles in large multinational companies like Xerox, Bharti Airtel and Serco, Sunil has also handled finance and accounting outsourcing operations in the captive as well as third party setups in Genpact and Serco.

Sunil brings with him wealth of experience in the areas of integration of finance functions of newly acquired entities with the parent company, setting up finance functions with the business partnership orientation, finance process transformation, optimizing tax & treasury operations and building risk & assurance framework.

Prior to joining nThrive, Sunil was working with CPA Global as Senior Vice President – Finance, heading the finance function of CPA Global’s India centre and also responsible for CPA Global’s finance shared service centre.

Jai P TondakJai P Tondak
Vice President - Corporate Services Group

Jai has 20 years experience in corporate services with exposure to various facility operations from set up to delivery and day to day operations. His areas of expertise include but not limited to infrastructure management entailing administrative affairs, operations, commercial functions, initiation and implementation of large-scale and high-profile major developments within an international property arena.

He is focused, committed and thrives on delivering significant results; realizing substantial profits through the origination of sound business planning and initiation of solid change management processes. An innovative Six Sigma professional with rich experience in areas of training & development, energy management, resource optimization, managing general administrative activities, soft and hard services, overseeing projects, financial/cost analysis, complete project management, negotiating SLAs and contract commercials, mitigating risk and similar FM related tasks in cost effective manner.

He is a certified professional from First Magnus (USA) on vendor management and has achieved Six Sigma Green Belt certification twice. He has also got Certification in “Management of SEZs in India” from Indian Institute of Foreign Trades (IIFT, University of department of Commerce, Indian government), one of the premier B-Schools of India. Prior to joining nThrive, Jai worked with R1 RCM (formerly known as Accretive Health) as Director – Corporate Services Group where he was leading and heading General Administration, facilities, transport and BCP.

Jai is an Electrical, Electronics and Communication Engineer from Delhi University. During his professional tenure he has been associated with companies like Medisys, WNS and HRH Group of Hotels.

Sameera SiddiquiSameera Siddiqui
Director – Solutions, Transitions, Sales Support & Marketing

Sameera Siddiqui heads the Solutions, Sales Support, Transitions and Marketing functions at nThrive Global. Within the organization she is responsible for Pre sales function that includes solution design, modeling, framework, structure pricing, proposals, contracts, business agreements etc., Sales Support which involves project/process reviews, relationship and requirement identification, Transitions of multiple scopes, complexity & size of service providers of US healthcare and lead the organization’s Corporate Marketing function, including PR, Digital marketing, communication and events management. With more than 17 years of work experience in the US Healthcare Industry; Sameera’s expertise lies in New Client Acquisitions, Relationship Management, Transitions, Operational management, Training and Business Excellence.

A graduate in Computer Applications, she is a Diploma holder in computer programming & specific applications along with CCAT Certification from AAHAM. Prior to joining nThrive Global, she was associated with other off shoring Business Process Management firms like e4e Healthcare Business Services, WNS, GeBBS Healthcare Solutions Pvt. Ltd., IKS Health (Inventurus Knowledge Solutions), Globerian Pvt. Ltd., Alpha Thought Technologies, vCustomers & Airtel.

Neeraj BansalNeeraj Bansal
Director – Technology & Software

Neeraj brings with himself 22 years of experience in Information Technology. A results-driven professional, he strives towards organizational goals by transforming business using technology, data analysis, digitization and artificial intelligence. 

His expertise lie in Technology Architecture & Integration; Global IT Delivery, Infrastructure Management & Account Management, SMAC (Social media, Mobility, Analytics and Cloud); Strategic Outsourcing & Business Development; IT Governance & Compliance; and Due Diligence, RFPs, Technology Solutions, Budgeting & Cost Estimates.

Neeraj comes from Intelenet Global Services. As General Manager - Technology, he worked as India Head - Service Delivery for Intelenet domestic & international outsourcing division. Apart from Intelenet, he has been part of organizations like Crompton Greaves, VA Tech Hydro, vCustomers and Technovate eSolutions Private Limited. Neeraj is a Mechanical Engineering graduate and has done double post graduation in Mechanical Engineering (Fluid Mechanics) and Software Systems. He has done research work on ‘Cloud Computing: Threats, Risk assessment and Security controls for Information security’. Neeraj has also completed Managers Development Program from IIM, Ahmadabad.
