Our management team brings over 150 years of experience in U.S. Healthcare Business Services and the ITES/ BPM/ BPO space.
Mohan Krishna is President of e4e's Healthcare Services Business. In this capacity, he has P&L responsibility for the business and manages all business operations including, sales, and service delivery. Mohan has been in the U.S. Healthcare Technology and Business Services domains for over two decades, playing senior roles in both sales and operations. Prior to his foray into the US Healthcare space, Mohan was the Regional Manager for NIIT, leading IT Company in India. He was responsible for the success of three business entities - Consulting & Software Development, Products and Training for NIIT. During this period he worked with manufacturing and marketing organizations consulting with them on Production and Vendor Management, formulating and implementing IT strategies, and setting up Corporate Learning centers in India. Earlier in his career, Mohan was Assistant Director of the National Productivity Council, Govt. of India, executing projects across the country. An engineer from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kharagpur, Mohan is the President of the South India Rugby Association and the founder of the Chennai Cheetahs Rugby Union Football Club, the No. 1 ranked club in India. He has taken upon himself the onerous task of promoting the game of Rugby in India.
Sameera Siddiqui heads the Solutions, Transitions, Sales Support, Marketing and Analytics function at e4e Inc. She is responsible for the Pre-Sales function within the company, including Solution Design, Sales Support and Transitions along with Analytics. She has additional responsibilities of leading e4e’s Corporate Marketing function, including PR, Digital Marketing and Events Management. With more than 16 years of work experience in the US Healthcare Industry; Sameera’s expertise lies in New Client Acquisitions, Client Relationship Management, Transitions, Operational Management and Business Excellence.
A graduate in Computer Applications, Sameera is a Diploma holder in Computer Programming & Specific Applications along with CCAT Certification from AAHAM. Prior to joining e4e, she has worked with other outsourcing Business Process Management companies like vCustomers, Alpha Thought Technologies, Globerian, Inventurus Knowledge Solutions(IKS Health), GeBBS Healthcare Solutions and WNS Global Services.
Awanti is Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resource Officer at e4e Inc. She also heads Resource & Capacity Management and Compliance & Business Audit. Over the last many years in the company, Awanti has led various functions like Sales Support & Transitions, Business Excellence and Global Human Resources. Awanti's corporate career spans over a decade in the Business Process Management industry. Awanti was previously at EDS-MphasiS (a HP Company) where in her last role as Transition Leader she managed large and complex process migrations of several blue chip companies to offshore centers in India and Mexico in the Banking & Financial Services vertical. She was also a part of the team that set up the Sales Support Group for MphasiS's BPM division. A humanities undergrad, Awanti spent the early years of her career as an event designer, copywriter, and PR Manager at one of India's leading corporate event management firms. As the Strategic Account Manager at Phase1 Events and Entertainment, she went on to handle the firm's key client relationships.
Thomas George heads the Sales and Client Relations function at e4e and is based out of Towson, Maryland. In this capacity, he is responsible for the all Client Relationships and revenue generation activities. Thomas played various roles in Operations, Transitions and Pre-Sales functions at e4e, before moving to the US in Sales and as a Client Partner for some of e4e's largest clients. In 2012, he was awarded 'Above & Beyond', the highest recognition at e4e, for his outstanding contribution in Sales and Client Management.
A MBA in Finance and Marketing from ICFAI Business School, Thomas has extensive knowledge of the Cross-border Healthcare Offshoring Industry giving him an excellent understanding of the specific requirements of clients. He has helped them recognize significant savings through Onshore and Offshore Outsourcing.
Thomas is an avid golfer and loves to spend his free time teeing off.
Viswanathan Balasubramanian (Visu) is EVP and Head of Total Quality at e4e. In this role he is responsible for all aspects of business that ensure Consistent, Compliant and Superior Service Delivery to our Clients and managing the Internal Processes & Best Practices that drive this objective.
Visu has over 29 years of experience and a successful track record in a variety of business management functions, including Quality & 6-Sigma, Business Transformation & Re-engineering, Strategic Planning, Budgeting, Business Development, Sales and P & L Management.
In his previous stint as VP & Global Head in HCL Technologies, he was responsible for Operational Excellence (including Process Re-engineering and Transformation, Quality & 6-Sigma), Work Force Management, MIS, Analytics and Facilities. His various contributions towards reduction in cycle time in multiple engagements led to enhanced business experience for clients and got him inducted as a 'CEO's Champion' in 2014. Under his guidance, his team won several national and international awards for Quality and Business Excellence. He led the LEAN initiatives for some HCL's largest IT, ITO and BPO clients.
Prior to HCL, Visu's experience spans cross-function and cross-industry ranging from Sales & Marketing to Supply Chain Operations, Start Up and Knowledge management and setting up backend operations in top notch companies like ICI, Zeneca, Syngenta, Mahindra and Mahindra and Reliance Retail.
Visu holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from IIMA and is also a Certified Black Belt.
He is a voracious reader and holds the distinction of being recognized, rewarded and featured in the websites of global organizations like the American Society For Quality (ASQ), Asian Network for Quality (ANQ), Quality Council of India (QCI) and NASSCOM, invited as Speaker in national and international forums and has authored two opening chapters in Quality Best Practices book by QCI.
Jithendra Vontimitta is the Vice President and Head for Global Technology & Software at e4e Healthcare Business Services Pvt. Ltd. In this capacity he is responsible for all aspects of Technology including development and execution of Software Strategies and Solutions to meet Organization’s business objectives. He is also responsible for IT Infrastructure and Info Sec functions for e4e's Global locations.
Jithendra has over 15 years of experience in IT Infrastructure Management, Project & Transition Management, IT Support & Services. Always up to date on new technologies in the IT space, he specializes in providing effective leadership to unfamiliar processes & domains, and turning ambiguous & new situations into improvement opportunities.
An engineer from the Bangalore University, in his previous stints Jithendra has worked in various roles - Service Delivery Manager, Project Manager, Technical Architect, Manager IT & Site head with e4e Business Solutions & Concentrix Corporation. He is a trained Auditor & Implementer for BS 7799 / ISO 27001 Certification.
