Bhaskar Menon
CEO & President
Bhaskar Menon is CEO & President of e4e Inc. and is based in New York, NY. Bhaskar is a seasoned senior executive with over three decades of experience with global multi-nationals, including MphasiS Corp., Citibank and Merrill Lynch. He has worked in Asia, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and the United States in Information Technology & Business Process Outsourcing, Internet Technologies & E-Commerce, International Private Banking & Asset Management and in Global Capital Markets. He has also worked with Venture Capital and Private Equity firms. Bhaskar was the co-founding team member and investor of MphasiS Corp., where he has played key executive roles including that of COO, Global Head of Sales & Marketing and ultimately as President of BPO until 2006. MphasiS was the seventh largest publicly listed Indian IT & BPO Company prior to its acquisition by EDS in 2006 for a market capitalization of approx. US$750 million.
Stephen Moseley
Chief Financial Officer
Stephen (Steve) Moseley is the Chief Financial Officer of e4e Inc. He is responsible for all financial, legal, administration, technology and investor relations functions of the Company, including financial reporting and accounting, audit and taxation, treasury management, business finance and legal. Steve has been with e4e Inc. (and its Interactive Entertainment company predecessor) for over 16 years, playing key senior roles in Operational and Financial functions. Prior to e4e, he held positions in project management and sales in the Entertainment Software and Telecommunications industries.
Steve holds both undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Maryland.
Mohan Krishna
President, Healthcare Business Services
Mohan Krishna is President of e4e's Healthcare Services Business. In this capacity, he has P&L responsibility for the business and manages all business operations including, sales, and service delivery. Mohan has been in the U.S. Healthcare Technology and Business Services domains for over two decades, playing senior roles in both sales and operations. Prior to his foray into the US Healthcare space, Mohan was the Regional Manager for NIIT, leading IT Company in India. He was responsible for the success of three business entities - Consulting & Software Development, Products and Training for NIIT. During this period he worked with manufacturing and marketing organizations consulting with them on Production and Vendor Management, formulating and implementing IT strategies, and setting up Corporate Learning centers in India. Earlier in his career, Mohan was Assistant Director of the National Productivity Council, Govt. of India, executing projects across the country. An engineer from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kharagpur, Mohan is the President of the South India Rugby Association and the founder of the Chennai Cheetahs Rugby Union Football Club, the No. 1 ranked club in India. He has taken upon himself the onerous task of promoting the game of Rugby in India.
Deepa Haridas
EVP and Head Operational Excellence & Transitions
Deepa heads the Operational Excellence & Transitions function at e4e. In this capacity, she is responsible for Quality, MIS, Business Audit, Compliance, Analytics, Work Force Management and Transitions. In her previous role as Associate Vice President and Lead - Sales Operation at EDS-MphasiS (a HP Company), Deepa worked closely with the CFO and Sales Leaders in Measuring Results, Reporting, Budget and Sales Target / Performance Analysis, Revenue Reporting, Designing Sales Incentive Schemes and Administration, DSO Management, Contract Management and Pipeline Analysis. A seasoned operations person in the BPO Industry, she has led and managed large multi-site delivery teams, catering to various geographies and verticals, with key focus areas being People, Process and Profitability. An Accounting and Business Management graduate, Deepa started her career with RCI India Pvt. Ltd - a leading timeshare exchange company where she managed Quality and Customer Service teams. Deepa has over 15 years of work experience and in addition to the above roles she excels in setting up new client processes, migrating new clients, providing sales solution support and has been an integral part of successfully completing Green Belt and Black Belt projects.
Awanti Agarwala
EVP and Head Global Human Resources, Sales Support & Marketing
Awanti heads the Human Resources function globally along with Sales Support and Marketing. Having being credited with setting up the Sales Support and Transitions team at e4e, Awanti's corporate career spanning over more than a decade has seen her don several hats. In her previous role as Associate Transitions Leader at EDS-MphasiS (a HP Company), Awanti managed Process Migration (Transitions) of several blue chip companies to offshore centers across India and Mexico for their largest Banking & Financial Services vertical. She was part of the team that set up the Sales Support Group for the BPO division. She has also served as the Executive Assistant to the Office of the President as well as CEO and Chairman of the company. A humanities undergrad, Awanti spent the early years of her career as an event designer, copywriter, and PR Manager at one of India's leading corporate event management firms. As the Strategic Account Manager at Phase1 Events and Entertainment, she went onto handle the firm's key client relationships.
