Job Title: Sales Manager - Healthcare
Location: Prefer CA, MD or AZ

Job Profile / Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the sales manager for e4e within a geographic region.
  • Develop regional sales strategy, including:
    • Target prospect list of providers (hospitals, IPAs and physician groups) and payers (insurance companies and TPAs)
    • Regional sales plans and targets in line with achieving e4e’s sales objectives
    • e4e prospect qualification
    • Represent breath of e4e relative to competition
    • Position e4e as a total solution provider for claims processing
    • Deliver e4e sales pitch and presentation
    • Own the proposal generation and contractual process
    • Forecast and report sales metrics
    • Travel as required (approximately 1-2 trips to India per year)
    • Achieve sales revenue quota of $ 3 M per annum
      • Deals should generally be minimum $1M each with some exception
    • Position reports to President in India

Skills:
  • Mid level sales experience (5-7 years), selling offshore healthcare solutions
  • Ability to establish client relationships and network within an organization.
  • RFP response management  
  • Knowledge of and experience in solutions
  • Ideal candidate will have:
    • Proven experience selling offshore deals
    • Capable of generating qualified leads and assessing prospect value
    • Strong presentation and proposal development skills
    • Ability to forecast sales opportunities
    • Verifiable success maintaining relationships with providers and payers.
    • Knowledge of cost benefit and quality business needs of off shoring services to India.

Location:

Entire US market. Prefer Midwest or East Coast candidate based on current sales team location.

Job title : Level 2 Technical Support Engineer (TSE)
Location : Phoenix, AZ.

Qualification:  High school diploma or equivalent

Job profile / Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls, web-cases, and web chats and assess customer*s technical support needs and handle/route accordingly, using documented procedures and available tools
  • Escalate issues appropriately
  • Log customer calls appropriately
  • Remain knowledgeable of client performance requirements, product line and service offerings
  • Maintain awareness of and comply with all Client policies
  • Maintain awareness of and comply with all e4e personnel policies
  • Achieve specified performance goals

Essential skills:

  • At least 2 years in a role with customer-facing support responsibilities
  • Ability to type 30 WPM
  • Exceptional listening skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Able to connect to the host computer using Windows 95, 98, NT, 2000, ME and XP workstation as clients
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot and/or upgrade workstations and servers
  • Enhanced ability to interpret customer*s description of problem, troubleshoot and provide solutions, summarize and document interaction
  • Professional customer service skills
  • PC OS & NOS knowledge
  • Comfortable with shell scripting in PERL or other scripting languages
  • Understanding of switches, routers, firewalls and subnetting
  • Basic knowledge of standard protocols such as SMTP, DNS, FTP, SSH, TCP/IP
  • Some experience with LDAP servers or web servers
  • Basic technical proficiency with email and the email infrastructure or web security technologies
  • UNIX system administrator skills are a plus
  • Experience with FreeBSD is a plus
  • Experience deploying an e-mail or web security appliance is a plus
  • Experience with deploying and maintaining Windows Active Directory (2000/2003) is a plus
  • Experience with deploying and maintaining Microsoft Exchange (2000/2003) or comparable web server technologies is a plus
  • MySQL (or other SQL) database knowledge (Windows and Linux) a plus

This position is full-time, Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM until 4:00 PM.

Job title : Technical Support Engineer Level III
Location : Phoenix, AZ.

Job profiles / Responsibilities:

  • To resolve customer issues and close customer tickets efficiently
  • To support small, medium and large (Fortune 500) Client Web Security Appliance (WSA) customers during both pre-and post-sales periods
  • To ensure that the customer relationship is managed through proactive customer communications, by providing rapid response and guaranteeing that estimated response times are communicated up front.
  • To demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions and interact commonly with other senior internal technical personnel.
  • To maintain control of the account and communicate with the customer throughout the resolution process.

Essential skills:  

  • Absolute passion for customer satisfaction
  • At least 3-5 years in a role with customer-facing support responsibilities
  • Standard troubleshooting skills and diligence
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong Infrastructure networking knowledge, strong understanding of switches, routers, firewalls, proxies and subnetting.
  • Experience with Traffic Sniffers such as Ethereal.
  • Strong understanding of implementing and troubleshooting WCCP, LDAP and NTLM protocols.
  • Strong understanding of HTTP protocol.
  • Good UNIX system administrator skills
  • Good working knowledge of standard protocols such as SMTP, DNS, FTP, and SSH.

Additional skills preferred:

  • Working with one or more of the following products (STRONGLY PREFERRED):  Ironport, Barracuda, Mirapoint, Ironmail (MacAfee), Proofpoint, Sendio, Axway, Brightmail (Symantec)
  • Shell scripting in PERL and other scripting languages and experience with FreeBSD is a plus.
  • Technical proficiency with web security technologies and networking infrastructure.
  • Deploying and maintaining Windows Active Directory (2000/2003) or comparable web server technologies
  • Deploying and maintaining a web security appliance.

Qualification: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) is required

Certifications required : CCNA/CCNP/MCSE certifications desired.

This position is full-time, Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM until 4:00 PM.
