| Committed to supporting the communities where we live and work’ is one of the core values of e4e. Over the years, we have been doing our bit to make a difference to the world we live in. At an organizational level as well as at an individual level, all of us at e4e have in some way or the other touched the lives of many. | e4e has been working closely with the Bhoomika Trust, an NGO based in Chennai – India, to provide educational assistance and livelihood needs to underprivileged students specially for the girl child. We believe that this is a highly leveragable way of giving back to society by helping create caring citizens and socially-conscious leaders of the future. | ||||||||||||||
| "Office Experience Opportunity" program | ||||||||||||||
|
e4e supported the ‘StepOne’ program of the Bhoomika Trust to provide a job opportunity to individuals with disability who possess basic qualifications and are in the process of seeking suitable jobs. Such individuals are provided an opportunity to work for a period of one month in organizations which have not employed persons with disabilities. During this month, the individuals manage to get some work experience, which will help them to showcase their skills and abilities in the organizations where they are placed during the training period.
Through this initiative, e4e has recruited differently abled candidates to come and work in our Chennai facility. At the end of the one month program, we absorb them into the system with full time jobs. |

| Karuna Mothers Home | ||||||||||||||
e4e has created a community development forum for all its employees to shoulder social responsibilities. e4e started supporting Karuna’s Mother’s Home, an orphanage in Bangalore- India, in the year 2003. We encourage employees to contribute their time and energy for social work through our “Helping Hands – e4e cares” initiative. e4e supports Karuna Mother's Home, an orphanage that supports 45 abandoned children between the ages of 1 and 12. We are supporting this orphanage by financing for expansion of the facility giving our personal time and resources to get connected to a larger social reality.
Today the children have two dormitories, bunker beds and a dining hall and kitchen and clean toilets. We also provide support to the needs of this orphanage in the form of food, utensils, clothes, bedding, stationery, toys etc. We also organize and participate in programs conducted for festivals Diwali, Children's Day and Christmas by sponsoring lunch, an excursion and a visit to our premises respectively. |
