Information security team at e4e is responsible for maintaining confidentiality, integrity and availability of data regardless of the form - electronic, print, or other mediums.

Necessary controls have been put in place in order to ensure secured processing and storage of data connected to PHI. Such control mechanisms involve hardware, software and physical security.
