Proprietary Web-Based Portal
The client is the largest and fastest growing group of Chiropractors based in Georgia. They take a holistic approach in providing clinicians with a turnkey solution for setting up and managing their practices - including hiring and training of staff, ordering equipment, and setting up practice infrastructure and sites. They offer their client's and clinician's establishments a full service, medically integrated outpatient clinic.
It was a challenge for our client to get responses from their provider groups on claims that were either denied or new claims pending for additional documents. This resulted in increase in AR. The overall collection for the group therefore reduced. They asked our assistance to try and solve this critical issue.
e4e implemented WSL (Web Scan Log) and EWOS (Electronic Work Order System) - e4e's proprietary web-based portal for effective communication. This resulted in doing away with multiple spread sheets and better control of information and process. We also implemented AR Tycoon (e4e's proprietary production enhancement application). These implementations resulted in tracking of every claim until closure. e4e also designed customized reports from AR Tycoon, helping our client and their providers to understand specific reasons for low collections.
The results of these implementations and improvements were:
- Responses from their providers were faster.
- 90+ AR reduced by 55% within 90 days of these implementations.
- Overall collection increased by 60% within the same time period.
