Murrali Rangarajan has twenty-five years of experience in the
technology industry, focusing on outsourcing, operations, e-business
and supply chain management. Prior to his current role as COO
of e4e, he has previously served as President and CEO of Arula
Systems, a venture backed network management company that was
sold in a cash and stock transaction. Prior to this he was President
and CEO for about 8 years of iLogistix, a large global, private
integrated supply chain and outsourcing company with approximately
$650M in revenues, 2000 people, 21 locations in 10 countries
with global customers such as Compaq, IBM, Apple, HP, Johnson
and Johnson, Adobe, etc. He has also served for many years in
a variety of senior positions with Digital Equipment Corporation
in their Corporate, Storage and High Performance Systems groups
and with the Ford Motor Company of Europe.
He is also an advisor, consultant and board member for a number
of start-up companies and a frequent speaker in the areas of
outsourcing, B2B business process innovation and improvements,
business operations scaling, supply chain design and corporate
culture in high growth and high performance organizations. He
is well known for his work in emphasizing culture and importance
in growing organizations and is a student, speaker and teacher
of high performance management principles for individuals and
organizations.
Murrali Rangarajan holds a Bachelor's degree from IIT Madras,
a Masters degree from Arizona State University in Industrial
Engineering and an MBA from UCLA in marketing and finance. He
is a charter member of TIE Silicon Valley and a Co-Director
of TIE Institute, whose initial focus is soft-skills and is
designed to teach entrepreneurship. |
