Geoff Smyth (‘Geoff‘) is President of e4e’s Financial and Healthcare Services Division. Geoff’s career spans over 29 years in the Technology solutions and Business Processing Outsourcing industries.

He has held leadership positions with some of the BPO industries leading companies, most notably as the founding Chief Executive and President of Percepta, the joint venture established between Ford Motor Company and TeleTech in 2000, responsible for establishing Ford’s global customer contact network.

In addition, Geoff also established TeleTech Facilities Management, TeleTech’s wholly owned subsidiary responsible for the Federal Government sector. As President, Geoff built the company into the Federal sectors leading BPO Company. Most recently Geoff was both Senior Vice President and an investor in Clear Technology a Role Replication solution company, delivering solutions to the Healthcare and Insurance sectors.
