Ganesh is the Vice President – Operations at e4e. He has over 10 years of experience in the IT industry and is responsible for the Operations of the company.

As a member of the initial team at e4e, Ganesh built the India Support Operations team to over 2000 support personnel today. He has been instrumental in shaping the India operations of e4e that has drawn appreciation from customers across the globe. Ganeshs leadership has brought in a metrics driven culture that has ensured high delivery satisfaction scores consistently. Today the India operations of e4e, boasts of a culture thats exciting and also a fun place to work.

His previous experience includes Citibank, where he was responsible for the project management and the deployment of a unified payments product platform. He was responsible for conceptualizing, developing and deployment of this product across the South Asian region. Subsequently, he managed critical foreign and domestic trade operations for some of the key technology clients of Citibank in Bangalore.
