Dave is responsible for developing BPO strategy, creating sales models and driving sales in the BPO area. In this role, Dave is responsible for creating effective sales strategies and offerings drawing on his extensive BPO, process engineering, and technology experiences to create and expand e4e's position in specific industries leveraging e4e’s ability to deliver world-class customer care augmented by innovative technology. Dave has over 25 years experience creating and selling complex integrated solutions to large enterprises worldwide in strategy and sales roles.

An entrepreneur, Dave has co-founded companies or helped small companies have great expansion through approaches that have been highly innovative. Prior to joining e4e, Dave was a co-founder of Clear Technology, a leader in providing “role replication” automation technology. Prior to that, Dave was VP of Strategic sales for TeleTech, today the second largest global BPO. Joining TeleTech at $13M in sales in 1993, he left 5 years later when TeleTech approached $400M in sales. Dave delivered personally and through industry specific sales models over $1B in contracts during that period. He has consulted with several successful high tech and BPO companies during their early stages, and has co-founded several other successful businesses, the largest being National Demographic and Lifestyle Selector which was a highly successful database marketing company and later sold to RL Polk.
