Anand Talwai is responsible for implementing effective delivery engine with a global footprint integrating locations, program management, quality processes and people. From 2002, Anand as CEO of Vinciti Inc. (a wholly owned company of e4e), guided Vinciti's growth rapidly and established itself in its core Technical Support business.

In 1999, Anand set up Wipro Net Ltd and as CEO directed it to a leadership position in the corporate Internet service provider market in India. In 1995, Anand helped create and was CEO of Wipro British Telecom joint venture Wipro BT Ltd, which focused on satellite communication and value added network services business. In addition, he created Wipro's Communications Division, the top network integrator in india.

Anand first joined Wipro in 1981 after he worked in Indian Space Research Organisation. Anand has a master of technology degree from the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore and is a graduate of IIT-Madras.
