e4e IMS provides the remote monitoring and management of networking
devices, WAN/LAN infrastructure consisting of routing and switching
gear and servers (Solaris/ Windows/ Linux/ HP UX/ AIX) and Databases
such as Oracle/SQL etc. An integrated platform, consisting of combination
of customer provided tools, open source tools and proprietary platform
& scripts, are used to monitor the performance of the IT Infrastructure.
Our Remote Operations Center (ROC) provides support for customers
resolving the problems reported by them as well as those faults
identified during monitoring e4e ROC monitors customers server environment
thru our proprietary platform or customer supplied tools. Our ROC
monitors the servers and systems for availability, fault management
and performance aspects continuously. Events collected by monitoring
are filtered and correlated to just relevant events and passed to
e4e ROC. Trouble tickets are raised automatically by the ROC tools
on problems identified by Process Rules, with the analysts raising
trouble tickets manually, based on the analysis. Resolution of these
trouble tickets follows the same process of other tickets raised.
