Job Title :	Sr. Test engineer/ Assistant Team Lead (Compliance � X360)

Qualification :	Any Basic degree

Experience :	3+ Yrs in the Gaming Industry

Relevant Work experience :	3+ Yrs experience with 2 years at least in Compliance for X360

Skills Required :	Strong knowledge and understanding of 1st party requirements testing and submissions (e.g. TCR) in a testing environment required. 2 + Yrs working in Compliance teams across various platforms which are proprietary of Microsoft Self motivated with a strong work ethic. Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills; must be proficient in English. Strong analytical and strategic skills. Job Title :	QA Tester − Quality Assurance

Job Description :	e4e IE Services, Quality Assurance has openings for a QA Tester (Software testing including research, documentation and evaluation for various entertainment and educational software. Responsibilities include giving suggestions to developers for better marketability, writing up every possible type of software malfunction (bugs) found and including a final evaluation of a product’s readiness for the consumer market).

Duties and Responsibilities :	Provide an in depth study of software. Report any problems in software properly to team leads Test products for glitches and product failures Document defects or product failures in the standard bug writing format to be submitted in Bug City (an application developed specifically for e4e.) Regress any product failures that were submitted for verification to the software developer. Regression is a process for determining the current disposition of an Open or Fixed bug in the latest version of a given product through recreating the exact circumstances as noted in each bug description Perform multiplayer testing on all protocols and work cooperatively with co-workers in that environment Accurately submit daily work time in Solomon (an application developed specifically for e4e employees) Interact positively with fellow team members or other testers in the work environment

Skills Required :

Hire To :	Basic knowledge of PC, MAC, and Console platforms The understanding of computer troubleshooting and problem solving in real-time situations Knowledge of multiple operating systems, computer platforms/configurations Gaming knowledge is helpful (being aware of the various games and familiarity with the product) Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint and Publisher) Internet Explorer Some gaming experience Working knowledge of a gaming platform (PC, MAC, PSX, N64, XBox, PS2)

Job Title :	Lead Tester − Quality Assurance

Job Description :	e4e IE Services, Quality Assurance has openings for a Lead Tester (create and execute effective test plans with internal and external communication).

Duties and Responsibilities :	All duties of a Tester Plans ahead for a project’s intended master date, setting up Test Plan / Timeline as appropriate Provides testing support to other products as assigned (In addition to current products) Assists in the writing of all Test Plans, Product Proposals, and Evaluations. To include: Providing accurate time and manpower estimates Preventing cost overruns Creating concise test plans Implementing an exact roadmap for the test team to follow each day Keeps all assigned projects up to date Maintains the Project Database on a daily basis Communicates effectively − both internally and externally Allocates tasks to individuals on the test team in a smooth and efficient manner Provides feedback to QA manager on employee performance, resource requirements, and hardware issues Completes daily status reports on project(s) currently assigned to them. To include: Noting any issues of importance Daily test plan procedures required Bug City reports as deemed necessary by the Project Manager Reports all time worked at e4e (All project time, planned or unplanned absences must be correctly documented)
